Care is taken to measure each of the garments and provide an accurate description of the size. However, if you are unsure of any of the sizing and would like my honest opinion on whether I think the item will fit, feel free to get in touch.

Returns
Vintage
I am unable to accept returns on vintage items due to the negative impact it has on my fledgling business. However, under special circumstances, I will consider returns so please get in touch if you feel that the set policy is unfair and I’ll do my best to come to a solution.
Handmade Items
When you order handmade pieces from TV Eye, please understand that each item is unique and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of the products. This is part of what makes handmade items special.
Please note that I cannot offer refunds on these pieces because of the time and effort involved in their production. If you are dissatisfied with your item, don't hesitate to get in touch with me immediately, and I will work with you to find the best solution. I quality control and photograph each piece before sending it so I can advise on the best option. In special cases, I can retrim and polish items to address significant unwanted defects (free of charge).
Delivery
I use tracked and signed for services for my handmade items, this ensures the highest level of protection for these irreplaceable pieces.
Ready to Ship
Delivery times for handmade pieces are seven days for ready-to-ship items. The lead time allows me time to give your piece a final polish before posting.
Made to Order
Made-to-order pieces take five weeks and I will send you regular updates on the status of your piece via email.
